We had a fantastic stay at a beautifully updated room at the St Simons Grand. the view from our balcony was simply amazing, and we loved being just steps away from the pool and beach. the location was perfect, with several restaurants and shops within walking distance. the room itself was spacious and well-maintained, with a modern kitchen and comfortable beds. the landscaping on the property was also well taken care of, adding to the overall beauty of the place.
The outer door to the room could use an update.

Great beach access and beautiful view from the room. the pool area was also nice and well-maintained, with a relaxing hot tub. Plus, the underground parking was a convenient feature.
The unit we stayed in was not clean upon arrival and was missing basic amenities such as dish soap and enough towels. the onsite management team was slow to respond and did not fully address our concerns.

Had a Christmas vacation in a condo. The view was magnificent and priceless. It was a perfect location, near the beach and convenient to walk to the restaurants, shops, and other nearby attractions. The unit was complete with a functioning kitchen, so cooking meals was not a problem.
The management team was not responsive at all during our stay when we encountered some problems. The room had a really bad smell and despite notifying the management several times, nothing was done about it.
